Local Pick Up/Shipping: When checking out please select your preferred pickup/shipping option to receive your items. Due to high volumes, if changing from local pick up to shipping, there is a small processing fee.

 

Returns: You have until the end of Saturday of the PopUp week in which you pick-up (or purchase in store) your item(s) to return the item(s) in the same condition that it was in when purchased. All returns will be for in-store credit. If returning after the PopUp, you have until the next PopUp to return and you will receive 80% in store credit. If it's more than 14 days you are more than welcome to consign the items for 40% store credit. For Shipping Returns: Customer pays for shipping costs if they return an item.

Unclaimed Items: If items are not picked up within 90 days of purchase, you will not be refunded for your order and items are then the property of PopUp Kids. 

Consignment Credit: At this time, we are not processing credit for online orders.
