Consignment Policies

Thank you for consigning with PopUp Kids. Our goal is to provide an easy and hassle-free consigning experience that allows us to carry great quality items and brands that you all love! Please read below for helpful info on our consigning process!

Consignment Process:

  1. Amount: Bring in no more than your 40 best items, which is equal to a medium size tub or two paper bags full. If you have a large amount of items you can drop off but will be unable to process on the spot and any items we don't take will be donated.
  2. What we need: We are currently taking spring items in brands Gap and better! We take clothing/items in size newborn - 10/12. 
  3. Baby/Kid Gear: We also take baby gear, board books, and toys and prefer well-crafted wooden toys. Make sure the batteries work and you have all the pieces! 
  4. When: Bring them into the shop when we are open.
  5. Credit: We are offering 40% credit to the shop and 25% cash which will be paid by check at the following PopUp. 20% is given for out of season items.
  6. For the items we don't take: We can donate for you, or you can pick the items back up by the last day of our PopUp on Saturday. If items are not picked up they will be donated to the Multicultural Child and Family Hope Center.
  7. Condition: All items need to be in great condition, no stains or holes, laundered, smoke-free, animal hair-free, and packaged neatly and ready to go when given to us. 
  8. We accept clothes by season: Fall/Winter (August-January), Spring/Summer (March-July).
  9. Preferred Brands: Alice and Ames, Cat and Jack, Childhoods, City Mouse, Columbia, Converse, Copper Pearl, Crocs, Gap, Genuine Kids, Hanna Andersson, H&M, Hatley, Hudson, Hunters, Jamie Kay, Kate Quinn, Keen, KicKee Pants, Little Bipsy, Magnetic Me, Matilda Jane, Melissa and Doug, Mini Boden, Mini Melissa, Natives, New Balance, Nordstrom, Old Navy, Patagonia, Peek, REI, Robeez, Rylee and Cru, Seven for all Mankind, Solly, Splendid, Stride Rite, Tea Collection, The North Face, Toms, Tucker and Tate, and Ugg.
  10. Brands that we DO NOT typically take: American Living, Arizona, Headquarters, Bonnie Baby/Jean, Champion, Calvin Klein Jeans, Carter's (outdated), Chaps, Cherokee, Children's Place, Circo, Crazy 8, Faded Glory, First Impressions, French Toast, George, Gerber, Hartstrings, Izod, Jillian's Closet, Jumping Beans, Just One You, Kenneth Cole, Kitestrings, Koala Baby/Kids, Little Me, Nannette, Nautica, Rare Editions, Tommy Hilfiger, US Polo Assn., Vitamins Baby, Xhilaration, Young Hearts
  11. Women's Athleisure: Nike, North Face, Patagonia and Zella.
